APCERAM CERAMICAS TECNICAS, S.L. (APCERAM) is a company created in 1996 with the purpose of producing and developing technical ceramic components for any industrial application.

The activity that APCERAM considers to comply with the quality required by the International Standard ISO 9001:2015 is:

Custom manufacturing of technical ceramics parts.

The Policy statement includes as guidelines:

1. Commitment to meet the requirements of our clients and legal and regulatory requirements.
2. Having equipment and manufacturing processes that allow us to process and manufacture a wide variety of pieces in different ceramic materials with the highest standards of quality and precision.
3. Use high-quality materials.
4. Offer our customers technical advice on both materials and products.
5. Ensure that working conditions are optimal by evaluating the risks that may occur in the processes, eliminating them as much as possible and reducing those evaluated.
6. Commitment to continuous improvement of the management system implemented in the company.
7. Promote and achieve a motivating environment for all members of the company.

The Management makes this policy accessible and makes it available to its customers, all its employees, suppliers and other interested parties.

The Policy is kept up to date through periodic reviews, coinciding with system reviews by management, in order to take into account changes in environmental conditions and the information received. In this sense, the management provides and will provide all the necessary human, technical and economic means to achieve the objectives and goals that are established on a scheduled and periodic basis.
